Pettite has been-well-awesome lately. In his last start Pettite went 7 IP giving up 5 hits and 2 ER. In his last start against the Orioles Pettite got the no-decision going 7.1 IP 6 hits and 1 ER. Andy is 25-6 with a 3.65 ERA in his career against the Orioles. Guthrie got the loss in his last start against the Yankees and is 3-4 with a 4.66 ERA career wise vs. the Bombers.
Tuesday: RHP A.J. Burnett (10-8, 4.10) vs. RHP David Hernandez (4-6, 4.24)
Burnett is 9-1 with a 4.61 ERA in his career vs. the O’s. Hernandez has been better than his numbers may indicate this year. Hernandez pitched 6 innings giving up 3 hits and 1 ER in his only career appearance vs. the Yankees.

CC will look to continue his great pitching of late vs. the Orioles. CC is 7-1 with a 2.55 ERA vs. the Orioles career wise, while Berken is 0-1 with a 7.50 ERA in one career start vs. the Yankees.
